The goal of this Program is to improve the quality of life and, to the extent possible, restore clients’ mobility and interactivity. In most cases, there is a direct connection between use of a track chair and vocational rehabilitation, therefore affecting morale, spirit, resilience and clients’ ability to contribute to society in a positive manner.

This pillar supports providing wheel and track chairs, service/companion dogs, and similar mobility, adaptability and resilience aids to Service Members in need. The modern battlefield has changed in terms of overall lethality yet our military has developed and deployed the capability to save the lives of those wounded in combat. Such brings our fighting forces home, and places great responsibility upon us to ensure they attain and maintain their quality of life.
